Comparison review
Huawei MateBook is better than Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0), with a 70.7 score against 60.7. The Huawei MateBook body is way newer and noticeably thinner, but also much heavier than the Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0). The Huawei MateBook counts with a much powerful processor than Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0), and although they both have a Dual-Core processor, the Huawei MateBook also has a higher amount of RAM memory.
The Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0) has a slightly better screen than Huawei MateBook, although it has a much lower resolution of 600 x 1024px, a bit worse screen density and a way smaller display. Huawei MateBook has a superior storage for games and applications than Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0), because although it has no external SD slot, it also counts with more internal storage.
The Huawei MateBook has just a bit better battery life than Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0), because it has a 4430mAh battery size against 4000mAh. Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0) captures much better pictures and videos than Huawei MateBook.
Although Huawei MateBook is a better device, it costs a lot more than the Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0), and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as the Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0). If you want to save some dollars, you can get Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0), and give up a few specs and features, but you will get the most with your savings.
