Huawei MateBook has a global score of 70.7, which is a little bit better than Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 8-inch's score of 68.7. Huawei MateBook is a way newer and just a little bit thinner portable tablet than Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 8-inch, although it is also a lot heavier. The Huawei MateBook has just a bit better performance than Galaxy Tab 3 8-inch, because although it has doesn't have an extra graphics processor, and they both have a Dual-Core CPU, the Huawei MateBook also counts with a larger amount of RAM.
Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 8-inch features a screen that is just as good as the Huawei MateBook one, although the Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 8-inch has a way worse 800 x 1280 pixels resolution, a way smaller screen and a just a little inferior count of pixels per inch in the screen. Galaxy Tab 3 8-inch features a way better camera than Huawei MateBook.
Huawei MateBook counts with a much bigger memory for apps and games than Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 8-inch, because although it has no SD memory slot, it also counts with more internal memory capacity. The Galaxy Tab 3 8-inch features a battery duration that's just as good as Huawei MateBook's battery life, although the Galaxy Tab 3 8-inch also has 4450mAh of battery capacity.
Although Huawei MateBook is a better device, it costs a lot more than Galaxy Tab 3 8-inch, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as the Galaxy Tab 3 8-inch. So if you want that extra specs, you can buy the Huawei MateBook, otherwise you can save some money and get the Galaxy Tab 3 8-inch, giving up a couple features and specifications.
