The Samsung Galaxy Tab A 8.4 (2020) is a bit better than Huawei MatePad 11, getting a overall score of 74.6 against 70.2. Samsung Galaxy Tab A 8.4 (2020) comes with Android 9.0 Pie operating system, while Huawei MatePad 11 counts with HarmonyOS operating system. Huawei MatePad 11 has a little faster processing unit than Samsung Galaxy Tab A 8.4 (2020), and although they both have a Octa-Core CPU, the Huawei MatePad 11 also has a higher amount of RAM memory.
