Comparison review
IPad Pro 12.9-inch (2018) has a global score of 81.1, which is better than the Huawei MatePad Pro 12.2 (2024)'s general score of 73.3. Despite being the best in this comparison, we must tell that it's also a noticeably older, just a bit thicker and heavier tablet. Huawei MatePad Pro 12.2 (2024) counts with a sharper screen than Apple iPad Pro 12.9-inch (2018), because although it has a quite smaller display and a little lower resolution of 1840 x 2800 pixels, it also counts with a lot brighter screen and a little bit greater pixels density.
The Huawei MatePad Pro 12.2 (2024) features a way bigger memory capacity for games and applications than Apple iPad Pro 12.9-inch (2018), because it has more internal memory. The iPad Pro 12.9-inch (2018) has a much greater hardware performance than Huawei MatePad Pro 12.2 (2024), although it has a lower amount of RAM, they both have a Octa-Core processing unit.
The Huawei MatePad Pro 12.2 (2024) features just a little bit longer battery performance than iPad Pro 12.9-inch (2018), because it has 10100mAh of battery capacity instead of 9720mAh. IPad Pro 12.9-inch (2018) takes a little bit better videos and photos than Huawei MatePad Pro 12.2 (2024), although it has a back facing camera with a worse resolution and a worse (4K) video quality, they both have a F1.8 aperture.
