Huawei MatePad Pro 12.6 is just a bit better than the Samsung Galaxy Tab A 10.1 (2016), with a 76.3 score against 70.2. Even though the Huawei MatePad Pro 12.6 is heavier than Samsung Galaxy Tab A 10.1 (2016), it's thinner and notably newer. Huawei MatePad Pro 12.6 works with HarmonyOS operating system, and Samsung Galaxy Tab A 10.1 (2016) comes with Android 8.1 Oreo operating system.
The Huawei MatePad Pro 12.6 has a greater performance than Samsung Galaxy Tab A 10.1 (2016), and although they both have the same number of cores, the Huawei MatePad Pro 12.6 also has 6 GB more RAM.
