Comparison review
Amazon Fire HDX 8.9 has a global score of 67.9, which is a little bit better than the Huawei MediaPad 10 Link's 63.7 general score. Both of these tablets come with Android operating system, but Amazon Fire HDX 8.9 has newer 4.4 version and Huawei MediaPad 10 Link has Android 4.1. Amazon Fire HDX 8.9 is a noticeably lighter and incredibly thinner tablet than Huawei MediaPad 10 Link.
Amazon Fire HDX 8.9 features a much more vibrant display than Huawei MediaPad 10 Link, because although it has a little bit smaller display, it also counts with a way better 1600 x 2560 resolution and a lot higher display density. The Amazon Fire HDX 8.9 counts with a bit more storage capacity for apps and games than Huawei MediaPad 10 Link, because although it has no slot for SD memory cards, it also counts with 32 GB more internal storage.
Amazon Fire HDX 8.9 has a superior performance than Huawei MediaPad 10 Link, and although they both have a Quad-Core processing unit, the Amazon Fire HDX 8.9 also has 1 GB more RAM memory. The Huawei MediaPad 10 Link features a much better battery performance than Amazon Fire HDX 8.9. The Amazon Fire HDX 8.9 takes clearer photos and videos than Huawei MediaPad 10 Link, and although they both have the same (Full HD) video resolution and the same video frame rates, the Amazon Fire HDX 8.9 also has a camera in the back with a lot better 8 mega-pixels resolution.
Although Amazon Fire HDX 8.9 is a better device, it costs a lot more money than Huawei MediaPad 10 Link, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as Huawei MediaPad 10 Link. So if you want that extra features, you can buy Amazon Fire HDX 8.9, otherwise you can save a couple dollars and get the Huawei MediaPad 10 Link, giving up a couple features and specifications.
