Comparison review
Google Nexus 7 (2013) is much better than the Huawei MediaPad 7 Youth, getting a 70.8 score against 55.6. Google Nexus 7 (2013)'s body is thinner and lighter than the Huawei MediaPad 7 Youth. Both of these tablets work with Android OS (Operating System), but the Google Nexus 7 (2013) has the newer 5.0 version while Huawei MediaPad 7 Youth has Android 4.1 version.
The Google Nexus 7 (2013) has a bit better processor than Huawei MediaPad 7 Youth, because it has a larger number of cores , a larger amount of RAM memory and an extra graphics processor. The Google Nexus 7 (2013) has a more vivid display than Huawei MediaPad 7 Youth, and although they both have a display of the same size, the Google Nexus 7 (2013) also has a much higher resolution of 1200 x 1920 and a lot greater display density.
Google Nexus 7 (2013) counts with a much greater memory capacity for games and applications than Huawei MediaPad 7 Youth, because although it has no slot for external memory cards, it also counts with more internal memory. The Google Nexus 7 (2013) takes a lot better photographs and videos than Huawei MediaPad 7 Youth, because it has a lot higher resolution back facing camera.
The Huawei MediaPad 7 Youth counts with just a bit better battery duration than Google Nexus 7 (2013), because it has 4100mAh of battery capacity against 3950mAh.
Despite of being the best tablet in this comparison, Google Nexus 7 (2013) is also cheaper.
