Comparison review
The LG G Pad II 10.1 has a score of 67.4, which is way better than the Huawei MediaPad 7 Youth's 55.6 general score. The LG G Pad II 10.1 design is notably heavier but noticeably thinner than the Huawei MediaPad 7 Youth. Both of these tablets work with Android OS (operating system), but LG G Pad II 10.1 has the newer 5.1 Lollipop version while Huawei MediaPad 7 Youth has Android 4.1 version, so it offers a lot of extra features.
