Comparison review
The Galaxy Tab 10.1 has a score of 58.1, which is a little bit better than Huawei MediaPad 7 Youth's overall score of 55.6. Galaxy Tab 10.1 is a somewhat thinner but incredibly heavier tablet than Huawei MediaPad 7 Youth. These tablets come with Android operating system, but the Galaxy Tab 10.1 has 4.0.4 version while Huawei MediaPad 7 Youth has Android 4.1.
The Huawei MediaPad 7 Youth features a bit more vivid display than Galaxy Tab 10.1, because although it has a way lower resolution of 1024 x 600px and a much smaller screen, it also counts with a bit greater count of pixels per inch of display. Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 features a lot bigger memory for games and applications than Huawei MediaPad 7 Youth, because although it has no SD memory slot, it also counts with more internal storage capacity.
The Huawei MediaPad 7 Youth features a little bit better hardware performance than Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1. They have the same number of cores. Galaxy Tab 10.1 has a much better camera than Huawei MediaPad 7 Youth. They have a back camera with a 3 MP resolution. The Galaxy Tab 10.1 features a much longer battery life than Huawei MediaPad 7 Youth, because it has 6800mAh of battery capacity instead of 4100mAh.
Although Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 is a better device, it costs a lot more than Huawei MediaPad 7 Youth, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as Huawei MediaPad 7 Youth. If you want to save a few dollars, you can get the Huawei MediaPad 7 Youth, letting go some specs and features, but you will get the most with your savings.
