Galaxy Tab 3 V is just a bit better than Huawei MediaPad 7 Youth, with a 58.5 score against 55.6. Galaxy Tab 3 V's construction is just a bit lighter and just a bit thinner than Huawei MediaPad 7 Youth. These devices come with Android operating system, but Galaxy Tab 3 V has 4.4 version and Huawei MediaPad 7 Youth has Android 4.1 version.
