Amazon Fire HDX 8.9 is much better than the Huawei MediaPad 7 Youth2, getting a score of 67.9 against 56.3. These tablets come with Android OS, but the Amazon Fire HDX 8.9 has newer 4.4 version and Huawei MediaPad 7 Youth2 has Android 4.3 version. The Amazon Fire HDX 8.9 is a newer and incredibly thinner tablet than Huawei MediaPad 7 Youth2, although it's also a little heavier.
The Amazon Fire HDX 8.9 has a little faster processing unit than Huawei MediaPad 7 Youth2, because although it has doesn't have an extra graphics co-processor, and they both have 4 cores, the Amazon Fire HDX 8.9 also counts with 1 GB more RAM. Amazon Fire HDX 8.9 features a lot better screen than Huawei MediaPad 7 Youth2, because it has a way higher resolution of 1600 x 2560, a lot better display pixels density and a bigger display.
The Amazon Fire HDX 8.9 takes much better pictures and videos than Huawei MediaPad 7 Youth2, because it has a lot higher resolution back-facing camera.
