IPad 9.7-inch (2018) has a little better hardware performance than Huawei MediaPad 7 Youth2, because although it has doesn't have an extra graphics processing unit, and they both have 4 cpu cores, the iPad 9.7-inch (2018) also counts with more RAM memory.
IPad 9.7-inch (2018) features a little more vivid screen than Huawei MediaPad 7 Youth2, because it has a way better resolution of 1536 x 2048px, a lot larger display and way more pixels per inch in the display. The iPad 9.7-inch (2018) has a much better storage to store more apps and games than Huawei MediaPad 7 Youth2, because although it has no slot for an SD memory card, it also counts with 128 GB internal storage.
