The Microsoft Surface 3 has a global score of 66.3, which is better than the Huawei MediaPad 7 Youth2's general score of 56.3. Microsoft Surface 3's body is newer and somewhat thinner than Huawei MediaPad 7 Youth2's, but it's noticeably heavier. The Huawei MediaPad 7 Youth2 has a bit more vivid display than Microsoft Surface 3, although it has a just a little less pixels per inch of display, a way smaller screen and a way worse resolution of 1024 x 600px.
The Microsoft Surface 3 features a bit better processing unit than Huawei MediaPad 7 Youth2, because although it has doesn't have an additional graphics co-processor, and they both have the same number of cores, the Microsoft Surface 3 also counts with more RAM.
