Comparison review

Galaxy Note 10.1 is much better than Huawei MediaPad 7 Youth2, with a 66.3 score against 56.3. Even though Galaxy Note 10.1 is older and way heavier than Huawei MediaPad 7 Youth2, it's construction is still somewhat thinner. Both devices we are comparing come with Android OS, but the Galaxy Note 10.1 has newer 4.4 version while Huawei MediaPad 7 Youth2 has Android 4.3 version, providing you some nice extra features and performance optimizations.

The Huawei MediaPad 7 Youth2 features just a bit better screen than Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1, because although it has a much smaller screen and a lot lower resolution of 1024 x 600, it also counts with a little bit more pixels per display inch. The Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 features a very superior memory for apps and games than Huawei MediaPad 7 Youth2, and although they both have a SD extension slot that supports up to 32 GB, the Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 also has more internal memory.

Huawei MediaPad 7 Youth2 has a bit better performance than Galaxy Note 10.1, because although it has a smaller amount of RAM, and they both have 4 CPU cores, the Huawei MediaPad 7 Youth2 also counts with a GPU. The Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 features a really longer battery life than Huawei MediaPad 7 Youth2, because it has 7000mAh of battery capacity.

Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 counts with a camera that's very similar to the Huawei MediaPad 7 Youth2 one, although the Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 also has a back facing camera with much more mega-pixels.

Although Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 is a better device, it costs a lot more money than Huawei MediaPad 7 Youth2, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as the Huawei MediaPad 7 Youth2. If you are trying to save a few dollars, you can buy the Huawei MediaPad 7 Youth2, giving up a couple features and specs, but you will get the most out of your budget.
