Comparison review
Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 10.1-inch is much better than Huawei MediaPad 7 Youth2, getting a general score of 65.9 against 56.3. Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 10.1-inch's construction is much thinner but much heavier than Huawei MediaPad 7 Youth2, and they were released with only a couple months difference. These tablets include Android OS (operating system), but Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 10.1-inch has older 4.2 version while Huawei MediaPad 7 Youth2 has Android 4.3.
The Huawei MediaPad 7 Youth2 features a slightly better display than Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 10.1-inch, because although it has a much lower 1024 x 600 pixels resolution and a much smaller screen, it also counts with a bit better pixel number per inch of display. The Galaxy Tab 3 10.1-inch features a superior memory to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than Huawei MediaPad 7 Youth2, because it has 32 GB internal memory capacity and a slot for SD memory cards that holds up to 64 GB.
Huawei MediaPad 7 Youth2 has a bit better processing unit than Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 10.1-inch, and although they both have 1 GB of RAM, the Huawei MediaPad 7 Youth2 also has a GPU and more processing cores. Galaxy Tab 3 10.1-inch has a much better camera than Huawei MediaPad 7 Youth2. They have a same resolution back facing camera.
The Galaxy Tab 3 10.1-inch counts with a way better battery lifetime than Huawei MediaPad 7 Youth2, because it has a 6800mAh battery size instead of 4100mAh.
The Galaxy Tab 3 10.1-inch is way more expensive than the Huawei MediaPad 7 Youth2, but you can get a better tablet for that few more dollars.
