Samsung Galaxy Tab A 9.7 has a global score of 60.5, which is a little bit better than Huawei MediaPad 7 Youth2's 56.3 score. These tablets have Android OS, but Samsung Galaxy Tab A 9.7 has a more recent 7.1 Nougat version while Huawei MediaPad 7 Youth2 has Android 4.3, offering some additional features. Although the Samsung Galaxy Tab A 9.7 is notably heavier than Huawei MediaPad 7 Youth2, it's much thinner and newer.

The Huawei MediaPad 7 Youth2 has a much better display than Galaxy Tab A 9.7, because although it has a bit lower 1024 x 600 pixels resolution and a much smaller screen, it also counts with more pixels per inch of screen. Galaxy Tab A 9.7 features a way better battery lifetime than Huawei MediaPad 7 Youth2, because it has a 46 percent bigger battery size.

Galaxy Tab A 9.7 costs a little more money than the Huawei MediaPad 7 Youth2, but it's still a great deal, as you can get a much better tablet for that extra money.
