Samsung Galaxy Tab S 8.4 has a global score of 74.5, which is much better than the Huawei MediaPad 7 Youth2's 56.3 score. Even when the Samsung Galaxy Tab S 8.4 and the Huawei MediaPad 7 Youth2 were released only 5 months apart, the Samsung Galaxy Tab S 8.4 is somewhat lighter and much thinner. Both tablets in our current comparison come with Android OS (operating system), but Samsung Galaxy Tab S 8.4 has newer 4.4.2 version and Huawei MediaPad 7 Youth2 has Android 4.3 version, so it offers some additional features and performance improvements.
Samsung Galaxy Tab S 8.4 has a little faster CPU than Huawei MediaPad 7 Youth2, because although it has doesn't have a GPU, it also counts with 2 GB more RAM memory and a larger number of cores. Galaxy Tab S 8.4 has a much sharper screen than Huawei MediaPad 7 Youth2, because it has a much greater amount of pixels per screen inch, a larger screen and a lot higher 2560 x 1600 resolution.
The Samsung Galaxy Tab S 8.4 counts with much more storage to store more games and applications than Huawei MediaPad 7 Youth2, because it has an external memory card slot that admits up to 128 GB and more internal storage capacity. The Galaxy Tab S 8.4 captures much clearer pictures and videos than Huawei MediaPad 7 Youth2, because it has a much higher 8 mega-pixels resolution camera.
Galaxy Tab S 8.4 counts with better battery duration than Huawei MediaPad 7 Youth2, because it has a 20 percent larger battery capacity.
The Galaxy Tab S 8.4 costs a bit more money than Huawei MediaPad 7 Youth2, but you can get a much better tablet for that few more dollars.
