Samsung Galaxy Tab S7 is way better than the Huawei MediaPad 7 Youth2, having a general score of 86.6 against 56.3. These tablets include Android OS (operating system), but the Samsung Galaxy Tab S7 has newer 11 version while Huawei MediaPad 7 Youth2 has Android 4.3 version, so it gives you a couple additional features.
