The Blackview Oscal Pad 15 has a general score of 63.8, which is just a bit better than the Huawei MediaPad M1's 61.5 global score. These devices come with Android OS (operating system), but the Blackview Oscal Pad 15 has an older 13 version while Huawei MediaPad M1 has Android 4.2.2 version.
