The Google Nexus 7 (2013) has an overall score of 70.8, which is much better than Huawei MediaPad M1's overall score of 61.5. Google Nexus 7 (2013)'s design is a little bit thicker but just a little bit lighter than Huawei MediaPad M1, and both were only released 7 months apart. Both tablets in this review work with Android OS (operating system), but the Google Nexus 7 (2013) has a newer 5.0 version while Huawei MediaPad M1 has Android 4.2.2 version, so it gives some extra features.

Google Nexus 7 (2013) has a better looking display than Huawei MediaPad M1, because although it has a little bit smaller display, it also counts with a much better resolution of 1200 x 1920 and a lot higher screen pixel density. The Google Nexus 7 (2013) features a superior storage capacity for apps and games than Huawei MediaPad M1, because although it has no SD card slot, it also counts with 32 GB internal memory.

The Google Nexus 7 (2013) counts with just a bit better processing power than Huawei MediaPad M1, and although they both have 4 cpu cores, the Google Nexus 7 (2013) also has a greater amount of RAM memory and an extra graphics processor.
