The Lenovo Moto Tab counts with a bit superior processor than Huawei MediaPad M1, because it has a greater amount of RAM and a greater number of cores (and faster). Huawei MediaPad M1 counts with a little more vivid display than Lenovo Moto Tab, although it has a just a bit inferior pixel quantity per inch in the display, a much smaller screen and a way lower 1280 x 800 resolution.

The Lenovo Moto Tab counts with a superior storage capacity to install games and applications than Huawei MediaPad M1, because it has more internal storage and a SD memory card expansion slot that supports a maximum of 128 GB. The Lenovo Moto Tab captures greater photos and videos than Huawei MediaPad M1, and although they both have the same video resolution and the same video frame rate, the Lenovo Moto Tab also has a back facing camera with much more megapixels.

Although Lenovo Moto Tab is a better device, it costs a lot more money than Huawei MediaPad M1, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as the Huawei MediaPad M1. So if you need that extra features and specs, you can buy the Lenovo Moto Tab, else you can save some dollars and buy the Huawei MediaPad M1, giving up a couple features and specifications.
