The LG G Pad II 10.1 is just a bit better than the Huawei MediaPad M1, with a score of 67.4 against 61.5. These tablets come with Android OS (operating system), but the LG G Pad II 10.1 has a newer 5.1 Lollipop version while Huawei MediaPad M1 has Android 4.2.2, giving you a couple additional features and a performance increase.
