Huawei MediaPad M1 is a little bit better than the LG G Pad II 8.0, having a overall score of 61.5 against 58.3. Both of these tablets work with Android OS (operating system), but the Huawei MediaPad M1 has 4.2.2 version and LG G Pad II 8.0 has Android 5.0 Lollipop.
