Comparison review
Microsoft Surface 3 is slightly better than Huawei MediaPad M1, with a 66.3 score against 61.5. The Microsoft Surface 3 design is newer than Huawei MediaPad M1's, although it is a lot heavier and a bit thicker. The Microsoft Surface 3 has a bit superior processor than Huawei MediaPad M1, and although they both have 4 cores, the Microsoft Surface 3 also has 3 GB more RAM memory.
Huawei MediaPad M1 counts with a little more vivid display than Microsoft Surface 3, although it has a way worse 1280 x 800 resolution, a bit worse pixels amount per inch of screen and a way smaller screen. Microsoft Surface 3 has a much bigger memory to store more apps and games than Huawei MediaPad M1, because although it has no slot for an external memory card, it also counts with 128 GB internal memory capacity.
The Microsoft Surface 3 has a bit better camera than Huawei MediaPad M1, and although they both have the same 1920x1080 video quality and the same video frame rates, the Microsoft Surface 3 also has a camera in the back with lot more mega-pixels. Huawei MediaPad M1 features a superior battery life than Microsoft Surface 3.
Although Microsoft Surface 3 is a better device, it costs a lot more money than the Huawei MediaPad M1, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as the Huawei MediaPad M1. If you are trying to save some dollars, you can get the Huawei MediaPad M1, giving up a few features and specifications, but you'll get the most with your money.
