Samsung Ativ Tab comes with Windows RT operating system, and Huawei MediaPad M1 counts with Android 4.2.2 operating system.
The Samsung Ativ Tab counts with a little better performance than Huawei MediaPad M1, because although it has less and slower processing cores, it also counts with an extra graphics processor and more RAM. The Huawei MediaPad M1 features a sharper screen than Samsung Ativ Tab, because although it has a little bit worse resolution of 1280 x 800px and a way smaller screen, it also counts with a little higher number of pixels in each inch in the display.
Samsung Ativ Tab counts with a superior storage to store more apps and games than Huawei MediaPad M1, because it has a slot for external memory cards that allows up to 64 GB and more internal storage capacity.
