Galaxy Book2 has a general score of 81.9, which is a lot better than Huawei MediaPad M1's 61.5 overall score. Galaxy Book2 has Windows 10 S OS, and Huawei MediaPad M1 counts with Android 4.2.2 OS. The Galaxy Book2 body is newer and a bit thinner than the Huawei MediaPad M1's, but it is incredibly heavier.

The Galaxy Book2 has improved battery lifetime than Huawei MediaPad M1, because it has a 28% bigger battery capacity.
Although Samsung Galaxy Book2 is a better device, it costs a lot more money than Huawei MediaPad M1, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as the Huawei MediaPad M1. So if you want that extra features and specs, you can buy Samsung Galaxy Book2, but if you don't you can save some money and get the Huawei MediaPad M1, resigning some features and specs.
