Comparison review

Galaxy Note 10.1 has an overall score of 66.3, which is a little bit better than the Huawei MediaPad M1's 61.5 overall score. Despite being the best in this comparison, Galaxy Note 10.1's construction is older, extremely heavier and thicker than the Huawei MediaPad M1. Both devices we compare here have Android operating system, but Galaxy Note 10.1 has newer 4.4 version while Huawei MediaPad M1 has Android 4.2.2, counting with lots of additional features.

The Huawei MediaPad M1 counts with a better display than Galaxy Note 10.1, because although it has a really smaller display, and they both have exactly the same 1280 x 800 resolution, the Huawei MediaPad M1 also counts with a higher display pixel density. The Huawei MediaPad M1 counts with a little better hardware performance than Galaxy Note 10.1, although it has a smaller amount of RAM, they both have a Quad-Core processor.

Huawei MediaPad M1 counts with a bit better camera than Galaxy Note 10.1, and although they both have the same resolution camera, the Huawei MediaPad M1 also has a lot higher 1920x1080 video definition. Galaxy Note 10.1 features much more memory capacity to store more games and applications than Huawei MediaPad M1, and although they both have an external memory card slot that holds a maximum of 32 GB, the Galaxy Note 10.1 also has 64 GB internal storage.

The Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 counts with a very superior battery lifetime than Huawei MediaPad M1, because it has a 46% bigger battery size.

Although Galaxy Note 10.1 is a better device, it is way more expensive than Huawei MediaPad M1, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as Huawei MediaPad M1. So if you want that extra specs, you can buy Galaxy Note 10.1, otherwise you can save a couple dollars and get the Huawei MediaPad M1, resigning a couple features and specifications.
