The Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 (AT&T) has a global score of 65, which is slightly better than Huawei MediaPad M1's score of 61.5. These devices include Android OS (operating system), but Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 (AT&T) has the older 4.1 version and Huawei MediaPad M1 has Android 4.2.2 version. The Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 (AT&T) body is older, thicker and a lot heavier than Huawei MediaPad M1.
Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 (AT&T) counts with a processing unit that is very similar to the CPU in Huawei MediaPad M1, because although the Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 (AT&T) has a lower number of slower cores, and they both have the same RAM amount, it also counts with an extra graphics processor. Although Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 (AT&T) is a better device, it is way more expensive than Huawei MediaPad M1, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as the Huawei MediaPad M1. If you want to save a few dollars, you can get Huawei MediaPad M1, giving up a few features and specs, but you will get the most with your money.
