The Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 10.1 has an overall score of 67.8, which is much better than Huawei MediaPad M1's 61.5 general score. Both of these tablets use Android OS (Operating System), but the Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 10.1 has a newer 4.4.2 version and Huawei MediaPad M1 has Android 4.2.2 version.
