Comparison review

Huawei MediaPad M1 has a general score of 61.5, which is a bit better than the Samsung Galaxy Tab E's general score of 60.7. Both tablets in our current comparison include Android operating system, but Huawei MediaPad M1 has 4.2.2 version while Samsung Galaxy Tab E has Android 4.4. Huawei MediaPad M1's construction is a little thinner and extremely lighter than Samsung Galaxy Tab E, despite of the fact that it was released about a year before.

Huawei MediaPad M1 features a more vivid display than Galaxy Tab E, because although it has a little bit smaller screen, and they both have exactly the same resolution of 1280 x 800px, the Huawei MediaPad M1 also counts with a quite higher pixel density. The Galaxy Tab E has much more memory to store more apps and games than Huawei MediaPad M1, and although they both have equal 8 GB internal memory, the Galaxy Tab E also has a SD memory card expansion slot that holds a maximum of 128 GB.

Huawei MediaPad M1 features a bit better hardware performance than Galaxy Tab E, although it has lesser RAM, they both have the same number of cores. The Samsung Galaxy Tab E takes much better photos and videos than Huawei MediaPad M1. Both have a same resolution back facing camera, the same video frame rate and the same (HD) video definition.

The Galaxy Tab E features a bit longer battery duration than Huawei MediaPad M1, because it has a 4% bigger battery capacity.
