Comparison review
Galaxy Tab E 8.0 has a global score of 64.9, which is a bit better than Huawei MediaPad M1's 61.5 general score. Galaxy Tab E 8.0 is a newer portable tablet than the Huawei MediaPad M1, but it is a little bit heavier and somewhat thicker. Both of these tablets use Android operating system, but the Galaxy Tab E 8.0 has a newer 5.1 Lollipop version and Huawei MediaPad M1 has Android 4.2.2 version, providing you a lot of extra features and better performance.
The Huawei MediaPad M1 has a brighter display than Samsung Galaxy Tab E 8.0. Both of them have exactly the same 1280 x 800 pixels resolution, the same pixel density and a screen of the same size. The Huawei MediaPad M1 has a bit better processor than Galaxy Tab E 8.0, although it has a lower amount of RAM, they both have the same number of cores.
The Galaxy Tab E 8.0 features a lot better camera than Huawei MediaPad M1. They have the same (HD) video quality, the same video frame rate and a 5 MP resolution back-facing camera. The Samsung Galaxy Tab E 8.0 has a much bigger storage capacity to install games and applications than Huawei MediaPad M1, because it has an external memory card slot that supports a maximum of 128 GB and 16 GB internal memory capacity.
The Galaxy Tab E 8.0 has just a little bit longer battery life than Huawei MediaPad M1, because it has 5000mAh of battery capacity.
