Comparison review

Huawei MediaPad M1 is just a bit better than Xperia Tablet S, with a 61.5 score against 58.9. These devices have Android OS (operating system), but Huawei MediaPad M1 has the newer 4.2.2 version and Xperia Tablet S has Android 4.1.1, counting with a couple additional features and improved performance. Huawei MediaPad M1's body is newer, thinner and a lot lighter than the Xperia Tablet S.

The Huawei MediaPad M1 features a more vivid display than Xperia Tablet S, because although it has a little smaller display, and they both have exactly the same resolution of 1280 x 800 pixels, the Huawei MediaPad M1 also counts with a little bit better pixel amount in each inch of display. Sony Xperia Tablet S counts with much more memory capacity to install applications and games than Huawei MediaPad M1, because it has an external memory card slot that supports up to 128 GB and 56 GB more internal storage.

Sony Xperia Tablet S features a bit superior processing unit than Huawei MediaPad M1, and although they both have a Quad-Core processing unit and a 1 GB RAM, the Sony Xperia Tablet S also has an additional graphics co-processor. The Xperia Tablet S has a camera that is just as good as the Huawei MediaPad M1 one, although the Xperia Tablet S also has a back facing camera with much more megapixels.

The Huawei MediaPad M1 has a really longer battery life than Xperia Tablet S.
