Xperia Z3 Tablet Compact features a brighter screen than Huawei MediaPad M1, and although they both have a display of the same size, the Xperia Z3 Tablet Compact also has a better pixels density and a much better 1920 x 1200 resolution. The Xperia Z3 Tablet Compact counts with a very superior storage to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than Huawei MediaPad M1, because it has 8 GB more internal storage capacity and a slot for external memory cards that supports up to 128 GB.
Xperia Z3 Tablet Compact has a more powerful CPU than Huawei MediaPad M1, and although they both have 4 cores, the Xperia Z3 Tablet Compact also has a larger amount of RAM memory and an extra graphics processor. The Sony Xperia Z3 Tablet Compact counts with a greater camera than Huawei MediaPad M1, and although they both have the same video frame rate and the same (Full HD) video resolution, the Sony Xperia Z3 Tablet Compact also has a much better resolution camera.
Huawei MediaPad M1 counts with just a bit better battery lifetime than Xperia Z3 Tablet Compact, because it has a 7% greater battery size.
The Xperia Z3 Tablet Compact is a lot more expensive than Huawei MediaPad M1, but it's still a great deal, because you can get a lot more features for that extra money.
