Comparison review
The Huawei MediaPad M2 is slightly better than the Alcatel JOY TAB 2, getting a 65.5 score against 62.5. Even though Huawei MediaPad M2 is older and just a little bit heavier than Alcatel JOY TAB 2, it's construction is still just a bit thinner. These tablets include Android OS (operating system), but the Huawei MediaPad M2 has newer 5.1 Lollipop version while Alcatel JOY TAB 2 has Android 10, giving you lots of additional features and performance enhancements.
The Huawei MediaPad M2 features a bit more powerful processor than Alcatel JOY TAB 2, and although they both have the same RAM memory amount, the Huawei MediaPad M2 also has more cpu cores. The Huawei MediaPad M2 features a brighter display than Alcatel JOY TAB 2, and although they both have a screen with the same size, the Huawei MediaPad M2 also has a better display density and a way better resolution of 1200 x 1920.
The Alcatel JOY TAB 2 counts with a little bit more storage capacity for apps and games than Huawei MediaPad M2, and although they both have equal 32 GB internal memory, the Alcatel JOY TAB 2 also has an external SD slot that supports up to 256 GB. The Alcatel JOY TAB 2 takes much better videos and photos than Huawei MediaPad M2, although it has a worse (Full HD) video resolution and a way lower resolution back camera.
Huawei MediaPad M2 counts with improved battery life than Alcatel JOY TAB 2, because it has an 18% greater battery capacity.
