The Amazon Fire HDX 8.9 has an overall score of 67.9, which is a little bit better than Huawei MediaPad M2's 65.5 global score. Although the Amazon Fire HDX 8.9 and the Huawei MediaPad M2 were only released 9 months apart, Amazon Fire HDX 8.9's construction is somewhat heavier but also a little bit thinner. These tablets work with Android OS (Operating System), but Amazon Fire HDX 8.9 has the previous 4.4 version while Huawei MediaPad M2 has Android 5.1 Lollipop version.
