The Huawei MediaPad M2 has a global score of 65.5, which is better than the LG G Pad II 8.0's 58.3 overall score. Both of these tablets include Android OS (Operating System), but the Huawei MediaPad M2 has a newer 5.1 Lollipop version while LG G Pad II 8.0 has Android 5.0 Lollipop. Even when the Huawei MediaPad M2 and LG G Pad II 8.0 were only released with a couple of months difference, the Huawei MediaPad M2 is just a bit lighter and somewhat thinner.

Huawei MediaPad M2 has a greater processing power than LG G Pad II 8.0, because it has more CPU cores and 1,5 GB more RAM.
