Huawei MediaPad M2 is just a bit better than Microsoft Surface 2, with a 65.5 score against 63.4. The Huawei MediaPad M2 comes with Android 5.1 Lollipop OS, while Microsoft Surface 2 works with Windows RT 8.1 OS. The Huawei MediaPad M2 construction is newer, thinner and extremely lighter than the Microsoft Surface 2.
Huawei MediaPad M2 has a bit more vivid screen than Microsoft Surface 2, because although it has a way smaller display, it also counts with a better pixels density and a slightly higher resolution of 1200 x 1920 pixels. The Huawei MediaPad M2 has a bit bigger storage capacity to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than Microsoft Surface 2, although it has less internal memory capacity.
