Nokia N1 has a score of 66, which is slightly better than the Huawei MediaPad M2's global score of 65.5. These tablets include Android operating system, but the Nokia N1 has the older 5.0 version and Huawei MediaPad M2 has Android 5.1 Lollipop version. Even though the Nokia N1 and Huawei MediaPad M2 were released only a few months apart, the Nokia N1 is thinner and a little lighter.

Nokia N1 has a superior processor than Huawei MediaPad M2, because although it has 4 less CPU cores (although they are faster) and 1 GB lesser RAM memory, it also counts with a 64 bits processing unit and an extra graphics processor. Nokia N1 features a brighter display than Huawei MediaPad M2, because although it has a little bit smaller display, it also counts with a slightly better 2048 x 1536 pixels resolution and a bit better display pixels density.

Nokia N1 has a little bit better camera than Huawei MediaPad M2. Both of them have the same video frame rate, the same 1920x1080 (Full HD) video definition and the same resolution back camera. The Huawei MediaPad M2 has a superior memory to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than Nokia N1, and although they both have the same 32 GB internal storage capacity, the Huawei MediaPad M2 also has an external memory slot that holds a maximum of 128 GB.

Nokia N1 features a little longer battery lifetime than Huawei MediaPad M2, because it has a 5300mAh battery capacity against 4800mAh.
