Samsung ATIV Tab 5 has a general score of 69.2, which is just a bit better than Huawei MediaPad M2's 65.5 overall score. Samsung ATIV Tab 5 comes with Windows 8 OS, and Huawei MediaPad M2 counts with Android 5.1 Lollipop OS. Although it's the best we are comparing, the Samsung ATIV Tab 5 design is incredibly older, a lot heavier and thicker than Huawei MediaPad M2.
Huawei MediaPad M2 has a little better processing power than Samsung ATIV Tab 5, because it has 6 more cores and a larger amount of RAM memory. The Huawei MediaPad M2 has a better looking screen than Samsung ATIV Tab 5, because although it has a lot smaller display, it also counts with a way higher resolution of 1200 x 1920 pixels and a lot higher screen pixels density.
The Samsung ATIV Tab 5 counts with a camera that's very similar to the Huawei MediaPad M2 one, they have a 8 MP resolution camera in the back. Samsung ATIV Tab 5 counts with a way bigger storage to install games and applications than Huawei MediaPad M2, because although it has no SD card slot, it also counts with 128 GB internal storage capacity.
Huawei MediaPad M2 has superior battery life than Samsung ATIV Tab 5, because it has 4800mAh of battery capacity.
