Comparison review
Galaxy Tab Active 2 has a global score of 70, which is a little bit better than the Huawei MediaPad M2's 65.5 overall score. Both devices in this comparison include Android OS (Operating System), but Galaxy Tab Active 2 has a more recent 9.0 Pie version while Huawei MediaPad M2 has Android 5.1 Lollipop version, so it provides some additional features and performance improvements. Even though Galaxy Tab Active 2 is much newer than Huawei MediaPad M2, it's heavier and way thicker.
Huawei MediaPad M2 counts with a little faster processor than Samsung Galaxy Tab Active 2. Both have 8 CPU cores and the same RAM memory amount. Huawei MediaPad M2 has a much better display than Galaxy Tab Active 2, and although they both have a screen with the same size, the Huawei MediaPad M2 also has a better quantity of pixels per inch of display and a lot better 1200 x 1920px resolution.
Samsung Galaxy Tab Active 2 features a superior camera than Huawei MediaPad M2. Both have the same 1920x1080 (Full HD) video resolution, the same video frame rates and a same resolution camera in the back. Huawei MediaPad M2 counts with slightly more storage capacity for games and applications than Galaxy Tab Active 2, because although it has a slot for SD memory cards that admits a maximum of 128 GB against 256 GB, it also counts with 16 GB more internal storage capacity.
The Huawei MediaPad M2 has just a little bit longer battery lifetime than Samsung Galaxy Tab Active 2, because it has an 8% greater battery capacity.
