The Samsung Galaxy Book 10.6-inch is a little bit better than Huawei MediaPad M3 Lite 10, having a general score of 71.1 against 68.9. Samsung Galaxy Book 10.6-inch works with Windows 10 OS, while Huawei MediaPad M3 Lite 10 counts with Android 7.0 Nougat OS.
