Comparison review

The GALAXY Note 10.1 (2014 Edition) is a bit better than the Huawei MediaPad M5 8, with a 77.4 score against 75.5. These tablets work with Android operating system, but GALAXY Note 10.1 (2014 Edition) has an older 4.4.2 version and Huawei MediaPad M5 8 has Android 8.0 Oreo. Although it's the best tablet in our current comparison, it must be told that it is also an extremely older, a bit thicker and noticeably heavier tablet.

The Huawei MediaPad M5 8 and the Samsung GALAXY Note 10.1 (2014 Edition) have very similar CPUs, because although the Samsung GALAXY Note 10.1 (2014 Edition) has 4 less and slower cores and 1 GB less RAM memory, it also counts with an additional graphics processing unit. GALAXY Note 10.1 (2014 Edition) counts with a slightly better looking screen than Huawei MediaPad M5 8, because although it has a little bit less pixels per screen inch, and they both have the same 1600 x 2560px resolution, the GALAXY Note 10.1 (2014 Edition) also counts with a bigger display.

The Huawei MediaPad M5 8 has a lot bigger storage capacity for games and applications than GALAXY Note 10.1 (2014 Edition), because it has more internal storage and an external memory card slot that supports a maximum of 256 GB. Huawei MediaPad M5 8 has a greater camera than GALAXY Note 10.1 (2014 Edition), because it has a back camera with way more MP.
