Comparison review
The Huawei MediaPad T1 8.0 has a global score of 60.4, which is slightly better than the Amazon Fire HD 8 Plus (2020)'s 59.7 overall score. Both of these tablets use Android operating system, but the Huawei MediaPad T1 8.0 has the previous 4.3 version while Amazon Fire HD 8 Plus (2020) has Android 9.0 Pie version. The Huawei MediaPad T1 8.0 construction is a bit heavier but somewhat thinner than the Amazon Fire HD 8 Plus (2020).
Amazon Fire HD 8 Plus (2020) has a bit better CPU than Huawei MediaPad T1 8.0, because although it has doesn't have an extra graphics processing unit, and they both have 4 processing cores, the Amazon Fire HD 8 Plus (2020) also counts with a higher amount of RAM memory. Huawei MediaPad T1 8.0 features a much better screen than Amazon Fire HD 8 Plus (2020). Both have the same exact 1280 x 800 resolution, a same size display and a greater number of pixels per inch of display.
The Amazon Fire HD 8 Plus (2020) counts with a lot bigger storage to store more apps and games than Huawei MediaPad T1 8.0, because it has a SD extension slot that supports up to 1000 GB and 24 GB more internal memory capacity. The Huawei MediaPad T1 8.0 counts with a very superior camera than Amazon Fire HD 8 Plus (2020), and although they both have the same video frame rate and the same 1280x720 (HD) video resolution, the Huawei MediaPad T1 8.0 also has a back-facing camera with a much better resolution.
The Huawei MediaPad T1 8.0 counts with a superior battery lifetime than Amazon Fire HD 8 Plus (2020).
Although Huawei MediaPad T1 8.0 is a better device, it is a lot more expensive than the Amazon Fire HD 8 Plus (2020), and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as the Amazon Fire HD 8 Plus (2020). So if you need that extra features, you can buy Huawei MediaPad T1 8.0, otherwise you can save some dollars and get the Amazon Fire HD 8 Plus (2020), letting go some specs and features.
