Amazon Kindle Fire HDX 8.9 has a global score of 68.5, which is better than the Huawei MediaPad T1 8.0's score of 60.4. Both of these tablets work with Android OS (Operating System), but the Amazon Kindle Fire HDX 8.9 has the previous 4.2.2 version and Huawei MediaPad T1 8.0 has Android 4.3 version. The Amazon Kindle Fire HDX 8.9 is a just a little bit heavier portable tablet than Huawei MediaPad T1 8.0, but they are 0.31inches thick.
