Comparison review
The Huawei MediaPad T1 8.0 has a global score of 60.4, which is slightly better than the Asus Transformer Pad Infinity TF701T's 57.6 global score. Both tablets in this review use Android OS, but the Huawei MediaPad T1 8.0 has an older 4.3 version and Asus Transformer Pad Infinity TF701T has Android 4.4.2. Huawei MediaPad T1 8.0's design is thinner and much lighter than the Asus Transformer Pad Infinity TF701T.
The Asus Transformer Pad Infinity TF701T features just a bit better processing power than Huawei MediaPad T1 8.0, because although it has doesn't have an extra graphics co-processor, and they both have a Quad-Core CPU, the Asus Transformer Pad Infinity TF701T also counts with more RAM memory. Asus Transformer Pad Infinity TF701T has a much better looking screen than Huawei MediaPad T1 8.0, because it has a bigger screen, a much higher screen pixel density and a way better 1600 x 2560 resolution.
Huawei MediaPad T1 8.0 has just a bit better camera than Asus Transformer Pad Infinity TF701T. Both have a 5 MP resolution back facing camera, the same video frame rate and the same video definition. The Asus Transformer Pad Infinity TF701T counts with a much bigger memory to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than Huawei MediaPad T1 8.0, because it has more internal memory capacity and a SD extension slot that supports a maximum of 128 GB.
The Huawei MediaPad T1 8.0 counts with a way better battery lifetime than Asus Transformer Pad Infinity TF701T.
Although Huawei MediaPad T1 8.0 is a better device, it is way more expensive than Asus Transformer Pad Infinity TF701T, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as the Asus Transformer Pad Infinity TF701T. If you prefer to save some dollars, you can get Asus Transformer Pad Infinity TF701T, and give up some specs and features, but you will get the most out of your budget.
