The Blackview Oscal Pad 15 has a general score of 63.8, which is just a bit better than Huawei MediaPad T1 8.0's 60.4 global score. Blackview Oscal Pad 15 is a just a little thinner but somewhat heavier tablet than Huawei MediaPad T1 8.0. Both of these tablets include Android operating system, but Blackview Oscal Pad 15 has 13 version while Huawei MediaPad T1 8.0 has Android 4.3 version, counting with some nice extra features.
