The OSCAL Pad 15 has a global score of 64.4, which is a little bit better than Huawei MediaPad T1 8.0's overall score of 60.4. Both of these tablets have Android OS (operating system), but OSCAL Pad 15 has 13 version and Huawei MediaPad T1 8.0 has Android 4.3 version.
