The Samsung Ativ Tab has a score of 66.7, which is better than the Huawei MediaPad T1 8.0's 60.4 overall score. The Samsung Ativ Tab comes with Windows RT operating system, while Huawei MediaPad T1 8.0 counts with Android 4.3 operating system. Samsung Ativ Tab is a somewhat thicker and way heavier tablet than the Huawei MediaPad T1 8.0.
Samsung Ativ Tab features a little bit better performance than Huawei MediaPad T1 8.0, because although it has a lower number of cores , and they both have a 400 MHz graphics processor, the Samsung Ativ Tab also counts with a higher amount of RAM memory. The Huawei MediaPad T1 8.0 features a much better display than Samsung Ativ Tab, because although it has a really smaller screen and a little bit worse 1280 x 800 resolution, it also counts with a little greater pixel density.
The Huawei MediaPad T1 8.0 features a little bit better camera than Samsung Ativ Tab. Samsung Ativ Tab has much more memory for games and applications than Huawei MediaPad T1 8.0, because it has a slot for external memory cards that supports a maximum of 64 GB and 64 GB internal memory.
The Samsung Ativ Tab has a superior battery lifetime than Huawei MediaPad T1 8.0, because it has 8200mAh of battery capacity instead of 4800mAh.
Although Samsung Ativ Tab is a better device, it is way more expensive than Huawei MediaPad T1 8.0, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as Huawei MediaPad T1 8.0. If you prefer to save some dollars, you can buy Huawei MediaPad T1 8.0, letting go a few features and specs, but you will get the most out of your budget.
