Samsung Galaxy Tab A 8.0 (2017) has an overall score of 65.7, which is slightly better than Huawei MediaPad T1 8.0's 60.4 global score. Both tablets in our current comparison use Android operating system, but the Samsung Galaxy Tab A 8.0 (2017) has a more recent 9.0 Pie version while Huawei MediaPad T1 8.0 has Android 4.3, giving you some additional features and better performance. The Samsung Galaxy Tab A 8.0 (2017) is a somewhat thicker and just a little heavier tablet than Huawei MediaPad T1 8.0.

The Huawei MediaPad T1 8.0 features a brighter display than Galaxy Tab A 8.0 (2017). Both have the same pixels density, the same exact resolution of 1280 x 800 and a screen with the same size.
