The Huawei MediaPad T1 8.0 has a score of 60.4, which is a bit better than the Sony Tablet S's global score of 57.5. Huawei MediaPad T1 8.0's construction is a lot thinner and lighter than Sony Tablet S. These tablets include Android operating system, but Huawei MediaPad T1 8.0 has 4.3 version and Sony Tablet S has Android 4.0 version, offering lots of additional features and some performance improvements.

Huawei MediaPad T1 8.0 counts with a little faster processor than Sony Tablet S, and although they both have the same RAM memory amount, the Huawei MediaPad T1 8.0 also has a GPU and a larger number of cores (and also faster). The Huawei MediaPad T1 8.0 has a more vivid screen than Sony Tablet S, because although it has a little bit smaller screen, and they both have the same exact resolution of 1280 x 800, the Huawei MediaPad T1 8.0 also counts with a bit higher screen density.
